This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our custom design builder, register an account, or purchase our products in the United States and Canada.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To provide custom apparel based on your field harvest, we collect several types of information:

Account Registration Data: Email address, password, and creation timestamps.
Trophy & Design Uploads: Photos of your harvest (e.g. antlers, horns, cape) that you upload for custom background removal and concept generation.
Geospatial Data: GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) that you select in our topography picker to generate 1:1 local topographic map backgrounds.
Personal Customization details: Hunter name, harvest date, and geographical location name.
Purchase & Shipping Details: Recipient name, billing/shipping address, and order totals.

2. HOW YOUR DATA IS PROCESSED

We work with trusted third-party cloud integrations to transform your raw photos into custom designs. Here is how your data is handled:

Vertex AI & Gemini (Google Cloud): Uploaded photos and species identifiers are processed securely via Vertex AI model instances to sketch initial concept layouts.
Photoroom API: Photos are sent to Photoroom to perform professional-grade neural background isolation.
AWS Terrain Tiles: Elevation data is downloaded from public AWS S3 Terrarium datasets to render topographic maps locally on our servers. No location details are sent to external mapping API providers.
Stripe: Payment transactions are handled entirely by Stripe. Antler Lab does not store or process raw credit card numbers.
Printful: Custom mockups and final design prints are transmitted to Printful for production and shipping.
SendGrid: We use SendGrid to deliver email receipts, shipping updates, and optional design previews or marketing announcements.

3. MARKETING CONSENT & OPT-OUT POLICIES

To keep you updated on new products and your custom design concepts, we offer email newsletter notifications:

United States & Canada Compliance: By registering an account and checking the marketing updates checkbox, you consent to receive design updates and marketing announcements. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
Opting Out: Every marketing communication we send includes an explicit, single-click "Unsubscribe" link in the footer. Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately and automatically. You can also request complete deletion of your account and design history by emailing us.

4. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our website. These include:

Essential Cookies: Necessary for the site to function, such as maintaining your login session and managing your cart/custom designs.
Payment Security Cookies: Stripe uses cookies and device identifiers to process secure payments and detect fraud.
Analytics Cookies: We use services like Google Analytics to understand site traffic and usage patterns. These cookies collect anonymous browsing information.

You can choose to disable or block cookies in your browser settings, although some features of the builder or checkout process may not function properly without them.

5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

All photos, coordinates, and designs are securely stored using Google Cloud Storage (GCS) and managed databases. Previews are cached for your builder convenience, and final high-resolution print files are archived solely to support orders and potential reprints. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or photos to third parties under any circumstances.
